On Friday (yesterday) we went to the science museum. While we were there it was snowing cats ad dogs. The big exhibit was Body Worlds, the story of the heart. It showed the basic stuff, all the arteries in a person, how much blood you heart pumps each day. Which the answer is 1800 gallons. We saw exhibition health, Space Odessy.
We were planning on going to my cousins soccer game, but it was 'snowed out'. So instead we went to this one Pete's restaraunt. So after that we went to the Brown house and I need to tel you about that.
Her name was not Molly Brown, it was Margaret Brown. It was changed to become more musical when making the film "The unsinkable MOLLY Brown". So she was very rich, and had a very elegant home. She also was important in society. She was fighting to give women the right to vote, and helped many charities. My personal favorite part is how she survived the Titanic.
She was in her room it was probably 11:30 time. She felt a jolt and after a while decided to go outside. Someone told her to put on her life vest and go up to the deck. So she wore a ridiculous amount of clothes and grabbed a bunch of blankets and furs then she headed up. Some people from the crew said what are you doing standing here with all that stuff in the middle of the deck. The boat's sinking! Then they lifted her up and dropped her into the life boat. Fun fact she's the reason that on airplanes people go over the safety procedure.
Movies always mess things up, don't they? And why the "Molly" and not the more common nickname for Margaret of Peggy? And how do you get Peggy from Margaret . . . or Molly for that matter?
